How We Support Every Child

We follow a clear, responsive cycle of Assess, Plan, Do, Review, carefully observing each child’s unique journey. Together with families, we:

- Set meaningful goals and targeted support
- Implement tailored strategies and meaningful interventions
- Regularly celebrate progress and refine our approach

Depending on each child’s needs, we use tools like:

- Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS)
- Visual timetables and prompts
- Sign language and Makaton
- Focused language and communication groups
- Structured workstations and engaging activities
- Sensory resources tailored for comfort and stimulation

Together, we strive for consistency between home and our setting, creating a seamless support network.
